Gluten Free quick cook oats are manufactured from seeds which have been cleaned, dehulled, kilned (lightly roasted), steamed and flaked. Oats have B vitamins, protein, phosphorus and iron.

How to Use:
Bring 2 1/2 cups water to a boil, add 1 cup quick oats, stir gently once, cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer. Cooks in approximately 5-8 minutes. Will yield about 4 cups cooked oatmeal.
