Refill! How It Works

How It Works (In-Store)

Step 1:

Bring your own clean containers. We’ll weigh them before you start shopping.

In a hurry or don’t have a good container? Resupply Market offers branded bottles and jars for sale that are already weighed and filled that can be purchased in-store or online. These can be exchanged in the future!*

Step 2:

Fill your containers or ours with the product(s) of your choice!

Step 3:

Once you’re done shopping, bring your containers to the register and we’ll weigh them again and subtract the weight of your empty container. After the new totals are calculated, you can check out and be on your way! When you bring your own container, you only pay for the product inside. If you use a Resupply Market bottle or jar you pay for the container at checkout.

Yay! No more single-use plastic containers!

*Want to save time the next time you shop? Just bring your clean**, empty Resupply Market container back and you can pick up a similar one already filled and ready-to-go -- you’ll only be charged for the product inside!

**The best way to clean your Resupply Market container is to rinse with hot water (no soap!) after use and turn upside down to drain and dry. Thanks in advance!

How It Works (Online)

Step 1:

Shop online. Resupply Market offers branded bottles and jars for sale that are already weighed and filled that can be purchased in-store or online. These can be exchanged in the future!

Step 2:

Bring your clean**, empty Resupply Market container when you pick up your new order. We will have a similar Resupply container already filled and ready-to-go packed with your order -- you’ll only be charged for the product inside! Be sure to write your name on the container with the wax pencil we provide so we know you brought your container back. If you forget your container at pick up, no worries, we will just charge the cost of a new container to the card you used on your last order.

Step 3:

Enjoy your product(s)! Then, clean your container and exchange it on your next visit!

Yay! No more single-use plastic containers!
